Kanske lite f\u00f6r rolig med tanke p\u00e5 att det var m\u00e5ndag dagen efter, men jag jobbade \u00e4nd\u00e5 p\u00e5 mina 8 timmar trots en ganska sen start. Maten blev lyckad och pilgrimsmusslorna blev goda! Blanda den  med mangopur\u00e9n. St\u00e4ll kallt till serveringen<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> <strong>Avokadobakelse<\/strong><br \/>\nDela avokadorna p\u00e5 mitten och plocka bort k\u00e4rnorna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Gr\u00f6p ur fruktk\u00f6ttet med en sked och sk\u00e4r det i cm-stora t\u00e4rningar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> Pressa limesaft \u00f6ver. Salta och blanda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> Skala  och dela l\u00f6ken i halvor. Finstrimla h\u00e4lften med en mandolin eller en  vass kniv. Grovhacka resten av l\u00f6ken och blanda den med avokadon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.<\/strong> Forma  sm\u00e5 bakelser med hj\u00e4lp av ett kakm\u00e5tt med h\u00f6g kant, en s.k. utstickare.   Placera resten av l\u00f6ken som ett litet knyte ovanp\u00e5 bakelserna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.<\/strong> <strong>Pilgrimsmusslor<\/strong><br \/>\nPensla pilgrimsmusslorna p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor med olivolja. Salta peppra och gnid in dem med pressad vitl\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.<\/strong> Hetta upp en torr grillpanna. Grilla pilgrimsmusslorna,  cirka en min p\u00e5 var sida.
