Dessutom slipper man de 20% salt och h\u00f6g halt druvsocker som \u00e4r i de som man k\u00f6per f\u00e4rdiga&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6verhuvudtaget \u00e4r det mesta till taco-kv\u00e4llar m\u00f6jligt att g\u00f6ra sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 en ganska kort tid. L\u00e4ste innan att f\u00e4rdiggjord guacamole inneh\u00e5ller 1,5 % avocado och dessutom smakar den skunk, s\u00e5 den brukar jag g\u00f6ra sj\u00e4lv. Salsan \u00e4r egentligen enkel att g\u00f6ra sj\u00e4lv, gjorde dock inte det i helgen d\u00e5 vi ville testa n\u00e5gra nya, dels Chipotle Paste (mkt gott) och dels X-tra hot habanero och tequila salsa (smakade inte starkt och var \u00e4cklig &#8211; kunde jag iochf\u00f6rsig listat ut d\u00e5 jag inte dricker tequila f\u00f6r jag tycker det \u00e4r s\u00e5 vidrigt). Tortillabr\u00f6d kan man nog g\u00f6ra sj\u00e4lv r\u00e4tt enkelt ocks\u00e5, men vi hade ett antal i frysen att k\u00e4ka upp f\u00f6rst.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 om n\u00e5gon skulle vara sugen p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra lite mer hemmagjorda tacomiddagar kan jag bidra med lite recept (fr\u00e5n www.recept.nu och sista fr\u00e5n ordentligt. Finhacka chilipepparn och koriandern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Blanda tomater, chili, koriander, olivolja och vin\u00e4ger i en sk\u00e5l. Smaka av med salt. Skala och hacka vitl\u00f6k fint. T\u00e4rna baconskivorna i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar. Fr\u00e4s alltsammans i en tjockbottnad kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt farinsocker och l\u00e5t sm\u00e4lta.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r skalet av ananasen med en vass kniv. Sk\u00e4r bort den h\u00e5rda stocken som sitter i mitten, t\u00e4rna i halvcentimeter stora kuber.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll i krossade tomater, rom, ananas och limejuice i kastrullen. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka 30-60 minuter tills konsistensen \u00e4r bra.
