Fr\u00e4s i ytterligare n\u00e5gon minut.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i konjak och vin. L\u00e5t koka tills h\u00e4lften av v\u00e4tskan kokat bort.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt fond och vatten. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka i ca 45 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i gr\u00e4dde, koka i ca 5 minuter. Red ev med maizenaredning. Smaka av med kryddor.<\/li>\n<li>Skala och strimla schalottenl\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s n\u00e5gra minuter i n\u00e5gra droppar olivolja, utan att det tar f\u00e4rg. L\u00e5t svalna. Spola hastigt av socker\u00e4rterna i hett vatten och strimla dem fint.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rdela l\u00f6k och socker\u00e4rter i varma djupa tallrikar. V\u00e4rm soppan under omr\u00f6rning och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver hummerk\u00f6ttet.
