Stek lite l\u00e4tt. Bred sen p\u00e5 ett lager f\u00e4rskost och rulla ihop. F\u00e4st samman med tandpetare.<\/p>\n<p>Stek ruladerna i en panna. Blanda ihop creme fraiche och resterande f\u00e4rskost (plus pressad vitl\u00f6k och basilika om man som jag gillar det, och g\u00e4rna mer salt och peppar) och l\u00e5t allt puttra ihop i n\u00e5gra minuter. Sp\u00e4d ev. med buljong f\u00f6r \u00f6nskad konsistens.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med broccoli eller sallad och klyftpotatis.
