So far so good! Imorgon \u00e4r det vecka 30, s\u00e5 d\u00e5 \u00e4r det ju snart dags f\u00f6r den sista fj\u00e4rdelen ocks\u00e5. K\u00e4nns dock som det \u00e4r r\u00e4tt l\u00e5ngt kvar fortfarande.<\/p>\n<p>Magen har expanderat r\u00e4tt mycket p\u00e5 sistone, och jag har g\u00e5tt upp en hel del. Tycker \u00e4nd\u00e5 att jag \u00e4r betydligt nyttigare nu \u00e4n f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen, det \u00e4r t.ex. en ytterst signifikant skillnad i saltlakritsexponering f\u00f6r &#8220;R\u00e4kan&#8221; j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med &#8220;Greggan&#8221;. Dock r\u00f6rde jag mig mer f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen, nu \u00e4r det ju lite sv\u00e5rare att f\u00e5 tid till det. Men h\u00e4romdagen cyklade jag till jobbet, och sen f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag \u00e4ven att k\u00f6ra gravidyoga-videor p\u00e5 Youtube. Annars \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rt att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra graviditeter, f\u00f6r tycker att jag gl\u00f6mt det mesta av den f\u00f6rra :p. Det k\u00e4nns som v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4ngesen. Men nu k\u00e4nner jag mig mycket mindre orolig och mer chillad. Mina orosmoment \u00e4r mest hur jag ska \u00f6verleva sommarv\u00e4rmen (men \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge har det g\u00e5tt finfint \ud83d\ude42 ) och hur man ska fixa vardagslogistiken d\u00e5 den yttepyttiga lilla fraktionen av egentid kommer f\u00f6rsvinna igen och den stora tr\u00f6ttheten intr\u00e4der. Annars tar jag allt som det kommer.\u00a0 Man blir s\u00e5 j\u00e4kla mycket lugnare av gravidhormoner :p. Jag stirrar inte ens \u00f6ver presentationer p\u00e5 jobbet.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har inga direkta cravings denna g\u00e5ng, snarare att det \u00e4r vissa saker som jag inte gillar. \u00c4r inte s\u00e5 godissugen t.ex. och n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4l \u00e4ter godis \u00e4r det inte s\u00e5 gott. Denna g\u00e5ngen kan jag dricka kaffe (vilket jag g\u00f6r varje dag nu), medan det f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen var det helt ot\u00e4nkbart. \u00c4r inte lika doftk\u00e4nslig nu heller (fast det kan bero p\u00e5 att min doftk\u00e4nslighet stabiliserat sig p\u00e5 en ganska h\u00f6g niv\u00e5 efter f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen).<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 jag k\u00e4nner mig r\u00e4tt som vanligt, men k\u00e4nner mig nog lite tyngre \u00e4n f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen, trots att jag inte v\u00e4ger mer. S\u00e4mre grundtr\u00e4ning helt enkelt. Blir l\u00e4tt lite fl\u00e5sig. Idag var jag p\u00e5 glukosbelastning och det jag bra, inga tendenser till graviditetsdiabetes.
