Tyv\u00e4rr \u00e4r det ibland en viss diskrepans mellan vad man vill vara och vad man \u00e4r, iallafall d\u00e5 det g\u00e4ller hur nyttig man \u00e4r. S\u00e5 f\u00f6r att balansera alla onyttigheter (bl.a. alldeles f\u00f6r mycket choklad) som intagits p\u00e5 sistone s\u00e5 var det ikv\u00e4ll dags f\u00f6r k\u00e5lrot med vitl\u00f6ksdip. V\u00e4ldigt nyttigt! Jimmy introducerade mig f\u00f6r denna matvara \u2013 tydligen serveras k\u00e5lrot flitigt i skolan i norrland. Det har jag aldrig sett i en skollunch i sk\u00e5neland (stort statistiskt underlag h\u00e4r..), s\u00e5 tror att den f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen jag introducerades f\u00f6r denna matvara var d\u00e5 jag ville tj\u00e4na lite extra pengar i gymnasiet och jobbade med att \u201dhacka rabbor\u201d (som det heter p\u00e5 sk\u00e5nska). D\u00e5 stod man vid ett rullande band d\u00e4r det kom upp en massa k\u00e5lr\u00f6tter, och man hade en (vass) kniv och sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da, och skulle hacka bort topparna och ruttna delar. Dock s\u00e5 tyckte chefens 80-\u00e5riga far att bandet gick lite l\u00e5ngsamt, s\u00e5 han skruvade upp det gradvis under dagen, s\u00e5 tillslut gick det v\u00e4ldigt snabbt. Detta var innan min matlagnings\u201dkarri\u00e4r\u201d b\u00f6rjat s\u00e5 jag var r\u00e4tt ovan vid knivar, och m\u00e4rkte dessutom att alla kolleger hade pl\u00e5ster p\u00e5 fingrarna. S\u00e5 jag jobbade bara med detta en dag. Men k\u00e5lr\u00f6tter \u00e4r goda att \u00e4ta. Fast d\u00e5 f\u00e5r Jimmy skiva upp dom.
