Mysa p\u00e5 balkongen om inte grannarna under r\u00f6ker som vanligt (bl\u00e4 p\u00e5 dom).<\/p>\n<p>Just hemmagjord pizza \u00e4r en av mina favoriter. S\u00c5 mycket godare \u00e4n f\u00e4rdigk\u00f6pt! H\u00e4r \u00e4r ett recept, blandat fr\u00e5n alla m\u00f6jliga matlagnings-siter, mest recept.nu:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: none;\">8<\/span> <span>8<\/span> dl mj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: none;\">50<\/span> <span>50<\/span> g                                                                  j\u00e4st<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: none;\">3<\/span> <span>3<\/span> dl                                                                  vatten<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: none;\">1<\/span> <span>1<\/span> tsk                                                                  salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomats\u00e5s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: none;\">1<\/span> <span>1<\/span> burk                                                                  passerade tomater<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6k efter smak<\/p>\n<p>Vitl\u00f6k efter smak<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: none;\">1<\/span> <span>Oregano<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span> <\/span><span style=\"display: none;\">0.5<\/span> <span> <\/span>Salt och svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>(olivolja)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fyllning<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Riven Mozarella<span style=\"display: none;\">150<\/span><\/p>\n<p>champinjoner<\/p>\n<p>salami<\/p>\n<p>ananas<\/p>\n<p>banan<\/p>\n<p>skinka<\/p>\n<p>curry<\/p>\n<p>etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> V\u00e4rm vattnet fingervarmt, blanda ner j\u00e4sten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> H\u00e4ll vattnet \u00f6ver mj\u00f6let, lite i taget.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Tills\u00e4tt salt och blanda runt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> J\u00e4s under duk till dubbla storleken, ca. 1 1\/2 timme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> H\u00e4ll i 2 msk olivolja l\u00e4ngst med pl\u00e5ten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> Tryck ut degen direkt p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa 5-6 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.<\/strong> Mixa tomaterna och oregano, l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k,olivolja, salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.<\/strong> L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 tomats\u00e5sen p\u00e5 pizzadegen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.<\/strong> Gr\u00e4dda i h\u00f6gsta v\u00e4rme l\u00e4ngst ner i ugnen i ca 5-7 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11.<\/strong> L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 fyllningen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12.<\/strong> Gr\u00e4dda h\u00f6gst upp ytterligare 5-7 min p\u00e5 h\u00f6gsta v\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/karin.stampis.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/800px-Peperoni_pizza.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4188\" title=\"800px-Peperoni_pizza\" src=\"http:\/\/karin.stampis.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/800px-Peperoni_pizza-360x270.jpg\" alt=\"800px-Peperoni_pizza\" width=\"360\" height=\"270\" srcset=\"http:\/\/karin.stampis.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/800px-Peperoni_pizza-360x270.jpg 360w, http:\/\/karin.stampis.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/800px-Peperoni_pizza.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/a><em>Nam nam<\/em><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r \u00e4ven ett recept p\u00e5 pizzasallad, tagit fr\u00e5n tasteline.se (blir dock ingen s\u00e5dan f\u00f6r oss ikv\u00e4ll d\u00e5 vitk\u00e5len var slut i aff\u00e4ren):<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pizzasallad<\/strong><br \/>\n1 vitk\u00e5l, finstrimlad<br \/>\n2 r\u00f6da paprikor, strimlade<br \/>\n2 mor\u00f6tter, r\u00e5rivna<\/p>\n<p>1 dl rapsolja<br \/>\n0,5 dl olivolja<br \/>\n0,5-1 dl r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger<br \/>\n0,5 dl vatten<br \/>\n2 tsk salt<\/p>\n<p>Blanda gr\u00f6nsakerna i en stor sk\u00e5l.<br \/>\nKoka upp oljor, vin\u00e4ger, vatten och salt (jag kokade inte upp dom, blev bra \u00e4nd\u00e5).<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll oljeblandningen \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nsakerna. Blanda om v\u00e4l.<br \/>\nSmaka av med grovmalen svartpeppar.<br \/>\nL\u00e5t st\u00e5 n\u00e5gra timmar i kylsk\u00e5pet (godare d\u00e5 det st\u00e5tt n\u00e5got dygn). H\u00e4ll sedan av oljan. Klart!<\/p>\n<p>I kylen h\u00e5ller salladen sig upp till en vecka.<\/p>\n<p>Tips: tycker man att det blir f\u00f6r surt med vin\u00e4ger, kan man byta ut h\u00e4lften till citronsaft.
