Jo, jag f\u00e5r ont p\u00e5 utsidan av h\u00f6ger kn\u00e4 ist\u00e4llet&#8230; Nu har jag dessutom haft det s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge att jag inte kan ignorera det och tro att det \u00e4r n\u00e5gon typ av tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk. Kollade upp det, och det l\u00e4t som ett klockrent fall av l\u00f6parkn\u00e4. Man blir s\u00e5 less&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/karin.stampis.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Sad.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5055\" title=\"Sad\" src=\"http:\/\/karin.stampis.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Sad-342x360.jpg\" alt=\"Sad\" width=\"342\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"http:\/\/karin.stampis.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Sad-342x360.jpg 342w, http:\/\/karin.stampis.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Sad.jpg 589w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 342px) 100vw, 342px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Folk med slit-t\u00e5liga kroppar ska vara v\u00e4ldigt tacksamma f\u00f6r dom &#8211; med tanke p\u00e5 min skadelista nu s\u00e5 tillh\u00f6r jag inte en av dom&#8230; D\u00e5 jag friidrottade s\u00e5 drogs jag med en hamstringskada i s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga \u00e5r att jag fick l\u00e4gga ner, och det \u00e4r ju inte den enda idrottsskadan jag har haft om man s\u00e4ger s\u00e5&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 nu i vinter ska jag styrketr\u00e4na som bara den, s\u00e5 att jag f\u00e5r s\u00e5 starka ben att det i alla fall \u00e4r sv\u00e5rare att f\u00e5 skador (tr\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5kigt, men f\u00f6r en god sak).
