Denna g\u00e5ng en wok som vi tyckte var mycket mumsig. Kan delvis vara p.g.a. att den femte grundsmaken, <a href=\"http:\/\/sv.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Umami\">umami<\/a>, kommer v\u00e4l fram i den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten, och jag \u00e4r en riktig sucker f\u00f6r umami.<\/p>\n<p>Har dock inga m\u00e4ngder angivna eftersom jag h\u00e4llt i vad jag tycker \u00e4r gott i wok i proportioner som k\u00e4nns bra (v\u00e4ldigt vetenskapligt&#8230;). Sk\u00e4r i strimlor.<\/p>\n<p>Rosta cashewn\u00f6tter i wokpanna.<\/p>\n<p>Koka \u00e4ggnudlar.<\/p>\n<p>Woka kyckling, l\u00e4gg sen i wokgr\u00f6nsaker och ta i nudlarna sist.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda sesamolja, soja, pressad vitl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra, sambal, halv lime, fisks\u00e5s och h\u00e4ll detta p\u00e5 woken. Blanda runt. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 piri piri f\u00f6r mer spice.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r i ett \u00e4gg eller tv\u00e5.
