Denna inneh\u00f6ll styrketr\u00e4ning (kn\u00e4b\u00f6j etc) med L\u00c4TTA vikter i den korta tiden av 30 minuter. Sen stretchade jag p\u00e5 f\u00f6red\u00f6mligt efter\u00e5t, varenda liten muskel i benen fick sitt. Dock fick jag kramp i benmusklerna ett antal g\u00e5nger p\u00e5 de 30 minuterna, s\u00e5 jag misst\u00e4nkte att tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken inte skulle bli s\u00e5 sn\u00e4ll &#8211; jag har extremt l\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk, kan t.e.x f\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk av matlagning :-p.<\/p>\n<p>Det blev den inte heller &#8211; nu, tv\u00e5 dygn efter\u00e5t \u00e4r jag helt invalid. Speciellt framsidan av l\u00e5ren g\u00f6r j-ligt ont (tackade h\u00f6gre makter f\u00f6r att jag i alla fall struntade helt i att tr\u00e4na vaderna). Har lyckats ramla n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger av att benen gett vika. P\u00e5 jobbet har jag dragit mig fram i r\u00e4ckena p\u00e5 trapporna, och folk m\u00e5ste trott jag var magsjuk eftersom det nog s\u00e5g ut som det d\u00e5 jag stapplade fram i korridoren.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom har jag timat det onda till min kv\u00e4llspromenads-date med Lena, vilken jag inte vill missa (hur dumt hade inte det l\u00e5tit f\u00f6rresten: &#8220;Hej, det \u00e4r Karin &#8211; du jag kan tyv\u00e4rr inte ta en promenix ikv\u00e4ll, jag har tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk&#8221;), s\u00e5 jag ska ut och promenixa i vilket fall. Man beh\u00f6ver nog f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng blodcirkulationen i benen.
