Eller kan det bero p\u00e5 att vi hade rej\u00e4la Bj\u00e4rekycklingar.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 st kycklingfil\u00e9er<\/li>\n<li>1 kruka basilika<\/li>\n<li>Soltorkade tomater<\/li>\n<li>Salt och svartpeppar<\/li>\n<li>Parmaskinka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5s<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 msk finhackad schalottenl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li> 2 klyfta vitl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li> 1 dl vitt vin (ej s\u00f6tt)<\/li>\n<li> 70 g soltorkade tomater i olja<\/li>\n<li> 2 msk olivolja extra virgin<\/li>\n<li> 2 dl krossad tomat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Stick ett h\u00e5l med kniv i fil\u00e9erna och fyll med soltorkade tomater och basilika.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Linda parmaskinka runt fil\u00e9erna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Stek i ugn p\u00e5 175\u00b0C i, kycklingen b\u00f6r vara minst 65\u00b0C inuti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> S\u00e5s: Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och de grovhackade soltorkade tomaterna i olivolja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 vin och tomatbas, pressa vitl\u00f6karna i och koka i n\u00e5gra minuter.
