Till det en grillad Bj\u00e4rekyckling, och en chardonnay\/savignon blanc blandning.<\/p>\n<p>Som efterr\u00e4tt de mumsiga saffrans och hallonpralinerna med <a href=\"http:\/\/systembolaget.se\/SokDrycker\/Produkt?VaruNr=4087&amp;Butik=0&amp;SokStrangar=VITA+VINER%2c+s%u00f6ta%3aAlla+l%u00e4nder%3aAlla+storlekar%3a%3a%3a%3a%3a%3a\">Chateau Menota<\/a> &#8211; jag brukar inte tycka om s\u00f6ta viner, men den h\u00e4r \u00e4r god med en forts\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 saffranstemat.<\/p>\n<p>Recept p\u00e5 saffransrisotto:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 schalottenl\u00f6k, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 msk sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>4dl avoriris<\/li>\n<li>1-2 pkt saffran<\/li>\n<li>1 t\u00e4rning h\u00f6nsbuljong (eller sky fr\u00e5n den grillade kycklingen)<\/li>\n<li>1 liter vatten<\/li>\n<li>2 dl torrt vitt vin<\/li>\n<li>2 msk sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1dl parmesan<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar<\/li>\n<li>Basilika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken i en gryta med sm\u00f6ret, tills\u00e4tt saffran och riset, r\u00f6r om i en minut. Smula ner buljongen och sp\u00e4d i omg\u00e5ngar med vattnet och vinet. R\u00f6r om hela tiden och l\u00e5t det sm\u00e5koka, sp\u00e4d och sp\u00e4d. Riset skall ha en anings motst\u00e5nd. N\u00e4r detta uppst\u00e5r tills\u00e4tter man mera sm\u00f6r och den rivna osten.
