Strimla k\u00f6ttet och purjol\u00f6ken. Bryn k\u00f6ttet i sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna. L\u00e4gg i purjol\u00f6ken och krydda med salt och peppar. R\u00f6r ner cr\u00e8me fraiche och l\u00e5t allt koka ihop 1\u20132 min. Bred ut r\u00f6ran p\u00e5 tortillan och rulla ihop. L\u00e4gg rullarna p\u00e5 ett ugnss\u00e4kert fat. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver osten.
