Bl.a. har vi en doktorand fr\u00e5n Kina (Shanghai), och han bj\u00f6d hem oss p\u00e5 riktig Kinamat.<\/p>\n<p>En stor del av ingredienserna var k\u00f6pta i Kina (de m\u00e5ste haft en stor packning med sig till Sverige efter senaste resan till Kina!). Mycket gott! Var bl.a. chilikyckling, fl\u00e4skfile i s\u00f6tsur sojab\u00f6nss\u00e5s, svart\u00f6ronsvamp (gott trots det lustiga namnet) och en hel del kryddor och gr\u00f6nsaker man inte k\u00e4nde igen. Totalt annorlunda j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med de klassiska tre sm\u00e5 r\u00e4tterna som brukar serveras p\u00e5 Kinarestauranger. De skrattade d\u00e5 vi ber\u00e4ttade om den friterade bananen med vaniljglass, de hade aldrig h\u00f6rt talas om att den skulle serveras hemma i Kina.
