Det serverades massor med god mat, bl.a. souvlaki, dolmades, grekisk sallad, fetaost, grillade gr\u00f6nsaker, keftedes m.m. Till det ett gott r\u00f6tt vin. \u00c4ven frukostarna \u00e4r j\u00e4ttegoda. Favoriten d\u00e4r \u00e4r grekisk youghurt med honung,mmmmm! En sak som jag dock inte alls sett p\u00e5 konferensen \u00e4r tsatsiki \u2014 vilket enligt mig \u00e4r den mest grekiska maten av alla.
