Att s\u00e4tta sig ner eller g\u00e5 uppf\u00f6r eller (speciellt) nedf\u00f6r trappor \u00e4r en p\u00e4rs. S\u00e5 himla h\u00e5rt tr\u00e4nar jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte, man m\u00e5ste ju kunna g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got mer avancerat \u00e4n att promenera&#8230; Jag har tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk s\u00e5 ofta att det n\u00e4stan b\u00f6rjar bli ett normaltillst\u00e5nd nu :p.
