Efter det sov jag i 2 timmar, mkt h\u00e4rligt \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen gjordes f\u00f6ljande r\u00e4tt som var delikat:<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r 4 pers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 st  vildsvinsstek, f\u00e4rsk<\/li>\n<li>rosmarin<\/li>\n<li>timjan<\/li>\n<li>vitpeppar, hel, krossad<\/li>\n<li>enb\u00e4r<\/li>\n<li>sm\u00f6r, och olja till stekning<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>R\u00f6dvinss\u00e5s<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 st  gul l\u00f6k(ar), finhackad<\/li>\n<li>1 st  r\u00f6d l\u00f6k(ar), finhackad<\/li>\n<li>1 st  morot\/mor\u00f6tter, fint t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>sm\u00f6r, och olja till stekning<\/li>\n<li>1 msk  farinsocker<\/li>\n<li>2 msk  vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>3 dl  r\u00f6tt vin<\/li>\n<li>5 dl  kalvbuljong, eller viltbuljong<\/li>\n<li>1 msk  ingef\u00e4ra, -2 msk f\u00e4rsk riven<\/li>\n<li>salt och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tillagning<\/p>\n<p>1. Bind upp k\u00f6ttet till en fin form med hj\u00e4lp av bomullsgarn. Krydda rikligt med de f\u00e4rska \u00f6rterna, peppar och enb\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bryn k\u00f6ttet i sm\u00f6r, stick in en stektermometer och stek det, endast l\u00e4tt saltat, p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme (ca 140\u00b0) i ugn i en knapp timme, beroende p\u00e5 hur rosa k\u00f6tt man \u00f6nskar. Innertemperaturen ska vara minst 69\u00b0.Tag ut k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e5t det vila en stund, insvept i folie.<\/p>\n<p>3. R\u00f6dvinss\u00e5sen: Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och morot i sm\u00f6r, tills\u00e4tt farinsocker och pudra lite vetemj\u00f6l \u00f6ver det hela. H\u00e4ll ner vin och buljong, l\u00e5t koka ihop till ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4lften och smaks\u00e4tt med f\u00e4rsk riven ingef\u00e4ra, salt och peppar. Sila stekskyn fr\u00e5n k\u00f6ttet och tills\u00e4tt lite sky i den f\u00e4rdiga s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med klyftpotatis.<\/p>\n<p>Gott vin till: Raimat Vi\u00f1a 32 Cabernet Sauvignon (nr 12762).<\/p>\n<p>Receptet \u00e4r fr\u00e5n Tasteline.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hade en trevlig l\u00f6rdag.
