D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag bakat lite fler br\u00f6d under helgen:<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4ppelyoghurtbr\u00f6d<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 2 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li> 5 dl k\u00e4rn fullkornsvetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 dl havrekli<\/li>\n<li>1 dl hackade aprikoser<\/li>\n<li> 1 dl grovt hackade n\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li> 2 tsk bikarbonat<\/li>\n<li> 2 nypor havssalt<\/li>\n<li> 4 dl naturell yoghurt<\/li>\n<li> 1 rivet \u00e4pple<\/li>\n<li> 3 msk honung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apelsinbr\u00f6d<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9 dl r\u00e5gsikt<\/li>\n<li> 2 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li> 1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li> 2 tsk bikarbonat<\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 dl honung<\/li>\n<li> 2 msk apelsinjuice, koncentrerad<\/li>\n<li> 5 dl filmj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00f6r b\u00e5da: Blanda alla torra ingredienser. R\u00f6r ner resten av ingredienserna och blanda ordentligt.<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll smeten i en smord avl\u00e5ng br\u00f6dform.
