Bena ur kycklingen och ta bort  skinnet. Sk\u00e4r den i sm\u00e5 bitar. Skala l\u00f6ken. Hacka l\u00f6k och champinjoner  fint. Stek l\u00f6k, champinjoner och vitl\u00f6k i sm\u00f6r ett par min.Tills\u00e4tt  kyckling, soltorkade tomater, lufttorkad skinka, cr\u00e8me fraiche, 1 dl ost, salt och peppar.\u00a0 Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r i en kastrull. R\u00f6r ner mj\u00f6let. Tills\u00e4tt  mj\u00f6lken, koka 3 min under omr\u00f6rning. Smaka av med salt, muskotn\u00f6t, peppar.  F\u00f6rdela fyllningen och s\u00e5sen p\u00e5 lasagneplattorna och l\u00e4gg i en  ugnss\u00e4ker form. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver 1 dl riven ost. Tillaga i mitten av ugnen ca 25  min.<\/p>\n<p>Ett mycket gott vin till var A Amarone (nr 12343).
